Prequel Consulting Privacy Policy – Website – Email - LinkedIn

1. Prequel is an Australian registered business and complies with the Australian Privacy Principles.

2. The contact person in relation to all Privacy matters is Tony Gargan, who may be contacted at admin@prequelconsulting.com.au

3. Through the operation of the Prequel Consulting, the only information collected is email address and/or LinkedIn address details or profiles. This information is collected only by user driven registration for updates on the Prequel website, or by use of connection and messaging services provided by LinkedIn.

4. Other contact information may be provided by site users at their discretion. This information will only be maintained in the Prequel Consulting email system and used for one contact as requested by a prequelconsulting.com.au user.

5. The email address will be used to provide content, newsletter, survey forms and other content provided for education and marketing by Prequel Consulting.

6. The email address will not be shared with third parties unless as provided for by Australian law.

7. Email address may corrected, and/or deleted by request to admin@prequelconsulting.com.au

8. Any complaints or concerns relating to your privacy in dealings with Prequel Consulting may be addressed to admin@prequelconsulting.com.au. A reply will be provided withing 28 days of any complaint or concern being lodged.

Prequel Consulting will not send user information or email address overseas, however Prequel uses services from Google.com, LinkedIn.com and GoDaddy.com, each of which use extensively networked cloud computing services, which may include overseas databases and storage. Users are advised that operation of these services cannot be guaranteed by Prequel, and users should check with those services directly if they have any particular concerns or questions.

10. This privacy policy covers the use of Prequel Consulting communications over the internet, by email and via LinkedIn. Specific Privacy Policy and operations policies apply in addition to this policy in respect of Prequel consulting or advisory consignments. These will form part of the contract for services agreed with Prequel and its client(s).
